FAQ

Q1: Why does the acrylic panel appear opaque or cloudy?

A: All our acrylic panels are shipped with double-sided protective film to prevent scratches and abrasions during transit and manufacturing. Slight browning along the edges of the protective film is completely normal due to precision laser cutting. Simply peel off the film from both sides before assembly to reveal the 98% crystal-clear surface.

Q2: Does the display case come pre-assembled?

A: No. To prevent damage during transit and reduce excessive shipping volume, our cases are flat-packed. They are precision-engineered for quick, tool-free assembly. Step-by-step video tutorials and instructions are available upon request.

Q3: How do I assemble front-opening door hinges?

A: Assemble the main body of the display case first (ensure no adhesive is applied to the front door panel). Then, align the hinge on the door side and apply a small amount of adhesive to secure it in place for several seconds. Contact our support team if you need a video walkthrough.

Q4: What should I keep in mind during assembly?

 A:

  1. Riser strips are meant to be placed underneath the base plate to elevate the foundation, not around the outer edges.

  2. Always remove the protective films from both sides before assembling.

  3. Keep panels strictly at a 90-degree vertical angle, and test-fit all joints before final fastening or bonding.

Q5: How should I install large-sized display cases?

A: For large display cases, we recommend having two people work together. Please wear the complimentary anti-fingerprint gloves included in your parcel to prevent smudges. If accidental breakage occurs during assembly, contact our customer service to get replacement parts at minimal production cost.

Q6: What if the panels feel too tight during fitment?

A: To ensure long-lasting structural stability and seamless dustproofing, our joints are cut with high precision and tight tolerances. If a panel feels tight, try reversing its orientation or gently buff the joint edges using the mini file provided in the accessory pack.

Q7: Why is there a slight color variation in the UV-printed backdrop?

A: Minor color differences can occur due to differences in photography lighting, room ambience, and individual monitor display settings. The actual physical print is color-calibrated to ensure high-definition vibrancy and depth.

Q8: What is your shipping time and policy on damaged deliveries?

A: In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Because acrylic is a fragile material, please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any shipping damage, please take photos and contact us immediately at info@displayry.com, and we will arrange a free replacement.
